President

Walt has a total of 49 years of experience in the construction industry, with 40 of those years serving his clients as the President of Ciarra Construction. Ciarra Construction established themselves as a framing contractor then expanded into custom home building as a general contractor. Walt has a passion for anything construction, has a “can do” attitude, and loves working and collaborating with everyone involved on a project. He is able to stimulate his client’s imagination, help them envision their dream, and transform it into a reality. When Walt isn’t in the office or in the field, you can find him traveling with his wife Adrienne, working on their non-profit (Two Hearts Foundation), or spending time with his six children and eleven grandchildren.

Vice President

Ciarra Construction was founded in 1983 which allowed A.J. to take in the family business early on, from his childhood to adulthood. He officially joined the Ciarra Team in 2000 and started off as young laborer on the field. A.J. learned and performed the company’s core values of quality, service, and safety until he worked his way up and became a Co-Owner along side his father Walt. Aside from building, A.J. enjoys camping and barbecuing with his wife and kids, staying active, and going to church.
